We accept PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards(including Master,Visa,JCB,Express,Discover). Currently, we do not accept check or money orders.
Paypal payments (Registered Users and Unregistered Users)
You can connect your PayPal, credit card, debit card or bank account to PayPal for purchasing some of our products. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction.
1.Log into your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express.
2.Enter your card details and click 'Submit'.
3.Your payment will be processed and an invoice will be sent to your e-mail address.
NOTE: Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Please ensure that it is correct and complete.This payment method can be used by registered and unregistered users.
Credit or Debit card payments (Registered Users)
We can accept credit cards as a payment method.
How to pay with a credit card:
1) Click "Proceed to Checkout" in Shopping Cart.
2) Select your shipping address or create a new one.
3) Choose the "Credit Card" and Click the 'CHECKOUT' button,Finally input your credit card/debit card information and click "PAY NOW".
3) Your payment will be processed and a receipt will be sent to your e-mail address.

FSA/HSA FAQ
1. What can I purchase with my FSA or HSA?
MuukalOptical accepts FSA and HSA dollars for all prescription eyewear purchases (including prescription sunglasses, progressives, and reading eyeglasses), as long as your FSA or HSA card is affiliated with a major credit card.
2. When dose it expire?
You Flex Spending Account expires at the end of the year, so make sure you use it before Dec.31!
3. How do I use my FSA?
If you have an FSA/HSA debit card, just use it as checkout as your regular credit card. Without an FSA/H SA credit card you will need to purchase your prescription eyeglasses through checkout and receive reimbursement from your FSA/HSA provider with an receipt.
4. How to download my receipt?
You can contact us to get your receipt after placing the order.
